(Preferred for Singapore based candidates)
- To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier and warehouse to ensure
- timelyclearance of shipments.
- Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions
- Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
- Update information into freight management system
- Issues billings to customers
- Consol planning
- Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered.
- Manage customers queries and complaints
- Provide Sales Support.
Pre-requisites
- Permit declaration knowledge with min. 3 years experience in the related industry.
- Well versed and meticulous in the preparation of air & sea shipping documents.
- Good knowledge of Customs formalities
- Candidates holding similiar work capacity in MES/3PL co. will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality & service-oriented
- Patient, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Knowledge in WMS will be an added advantage.
