Provisioning Administrator (Order processing)

Our client, a US network services MNC in town is looking for a Provisioning Administrator (6 months contract)

This position reports to Project Manager, Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Provisioning Function:

  • Customer order and network service activation across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Assist with queries, orders change requests, service details
  • Co-ordination activities across all location to ensure delivery dates agreed are met

Key Duties

 

  • Ensure all regional service orders, customer details and supplier data are entered and maintained Orion data base.
  • To send completion and cancellations letters to customers across the region.
  • Allocate order information to appropriate engineering staff/locations for all services and ensure resources are adequately allocated.
  • Oversee order activities to ensure timely activation.
  • Monitor circuit order performance, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Produce ad hoc reports for customers, Line lists Lac reports etc.
  • Enter and maintain all carrier related cost data in accordance with company's global requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the Network Services Department
  • Test and Turn up services (Subject to adequate training and achievement milestones)
  • Work with relevant teams on company service mergers

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Experience in international carrier and telecommunications provisioning advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Must be mature minded
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • Strong MS office skills with Word, Excel and strong database skills
  • Ethernet experience an advantage
