Service Delivery Administrator will assist the various Service Delivery Managers or Account Delivery Managers (ADM) with operation and routine operational work thereby freeing up SDM to focus on higher value work.

  • Work with ADM and will be owner for creation/modification of monthly reports to be submitted to key stakeholders. Handle ADM’s and functional area’s BSC/KPI reporting and consolidate timesheet for each functional area.
  • Monthly Invoice – Follow up to ensure operating companies trigger invoicing of the customer base on monthly report generated. Ensure operating companies receive payments and to escalate issues to ADM
  • Monthly Payment – Follow up to ensure that all monthly payment to customers are process and to update ADM on status every month.
  • Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the ADM

Essentials

  • Educated to Diploma level or equivalent
  • Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work in an international and culturally diverse organisation
  • Must be detail and analytical as job require detail tracking and creation of reports
  • Strong communication skills – spoken & written as candidate is required to liaise with people in different organization & countries.
  • Must be fluent in the English language with proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and tools, and to react and adjust positively to changes and new ways of doing thing.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and must be proficient in Excel, Word, Email, etc.
