Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of microphones, headphones and wireless transmission systems.   
Job Responsibilities

1.  Attend to customers’ requests, purchases and enquiries  
2.  Receives and processes orders for products by mail, phone or in person.  
3.  Receive and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant personnel.  
4.  Ensuring that the service centre and its incumbents are neat and orderly.  
5.  Preparation of reports including, month end transaction reports  
6.  Manage service documentation work process and fillings.  
7.  Manage delivery and shipping coordination with overseas customers  
8.  Manage monetary transactions weekly and month end closing  
9.  Managing backlog payments from distributors on late payments  
10.  Completes order transaction and forwards order on to be filled.  
11.  Manage service documentation work process.  
12.  Provide service consultation with walk in customers  
13.  Other duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirement

 

 

1.   Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Logistics, Sound Light & Video  (FRESH diploma holders are WELCOME to apply)
2.  Microsoft office, Knowledge in softwares like JD Edwards, SAP would be added advantage, GEMS certified.  
3.  Enjoy meeting people and having pleasant and positive attitude  
4.  Able to multi-task and a team player
