- Providing strategic leadership to customer and internal teams on enhancing the services
- Plan and implement processes/tools/technologies for operational management
- Establish processes and maintain system for measuring and reporting (SLA reports, customers operations reviews (monthly, quarterly & annually).
- Support customer’s initiatives
- To meet SLA and Account’s Plan of Record (transformation plan)
- To meet timeline, manage change requests and projects
- Represent Customer to internal team to understand operational objectives, purposes and achievement
- Work with business and functional teams to evaluate ideas and technologies for customer services
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, computer science, business or related fields.
- Min 7 years experience, min 4 years in document management, operational management and account delivery
- Understanding of service delivery in Business Process Outsourcing
- Strong customer management skills.
- Experience working in regional/global teams.
- Strong leadership skills – drive, initiative; assertiveness.
- Strong communication skills – spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
