  • Providing strategic leadership to customer and internal teams on enhancing the services
  • Plan and implement processes/tools/technologies for operational management
  • Establish processes and maintain system for measuring and reporting (SLA reports, customers operations reviews (monthly, quarterly & annually).
  • Support customer’s initiatives
  • To meet SLA and Account’s Plan of Record (transformation plan)
  • To meet timeline, manage change requests and projects
  • Represent Customer to internal team to understand operational objectives, purposes and achievement
  • Work with business and functional teams to evaluate ideas and technologies for customer services

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, business or related fields.
  • Min 7 years experience, min 4 years in document management, operational management and account delivery
  • Understanding of service delivery in Business Process Outsourcing
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Experience working in regional/global teams.
  • Strong leadership skills – drive, initiative; assertiveness.
  • Strong communication skills – spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
