Role : To collate , analyse service support operations at various in-country subsidiaries
- Able to track, analyse and review both financial and operational performance.
- Able to highlight potential risk/problem and propose solution to resolve problem.
- Assist in strategy formulation, documentation and intiate tracking.
- Able to assist in business and operation planning.
- Require to track the performance of the subsidiaries and drives productivity.
- Manage and prepare reports, presentions, charts for annual budgeting.
- Create report templates and prepare training guide.
- Report, track and carry out change request for system enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interation and communication skills.
- Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced Excel with Pivot tables and charts
- Responsible for timely and quality operations reports
