Role : To collate , analyse  service support operations at various in-country subsidiaries

  • Able to track, analyse and review both financial and operational performance.
  • Able to highlight potential risk/problem and propose solution to resolve problem.
  • Assist in strategy formulation, documentation and intiate tracking.
  • Able to assist in business and operation planning.
  • Require to track the performance of the subsidiaries and drives productivity.
  • Manage and prepare reports, presentions, charts for annual budgeting.
  • Create report templates and prepare training guide.
  • Report, track and carry out change request for system enhancement.


  • Excellent interation and communication skills.
  • Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel with Pivot tables and charts
  • Responsible for timely and quality operations reports
