Operations Manager

This position is responsible to manage the operations of the Business Partners Operations sites.  He / She is to ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers and meeting objectives while maintaining operational risk to an accepted level. He / She is to assist in directing and leading the operations to achieve service quality and maintaining a motivated team and effectively managing the systems and processes within statutory guidelines and transfer operational policy.

This position reports to the Director, Services for Business.

Key responsibilities:

To deliver high quality services to meet customers expectation guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency/accuracy standards and good business processes

Manage the operational risk of the project to avoid operational / reputational losses

Manage and ensure Business Partners meeting/exceeding company's expectation.

Assist in building a performance-driven organization by reviewing the department's and individual performance

Lead process re-engineering project to improve operation efficiency, service quality and driving cost reduction.

Manager the cost budget allocated to the department to facilitate the achievement of its objectives



Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

Minimum 5 years experience in Banking Operation

Minimum 3 years experience in Management position with strong people skill

Hands-on and strong leadership skills with ability to work independently

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staffs and ability to negotiate with Client.

Highly adapatable, comfortable with pressure and changing business requirements

Salary up to $6.5k
