Commercial Contract Support Manager (order processing, procurement, billing)
Purpose Of Role:
The role holder supports key Commercial/Bid functions required for Business Management. This includes managing Service Requests that are part of the Commercial Management activity.
Key Responsibilities:
To act in support of Commercial Managers, Contract Managers and Business Managers
Responsible for order processing and billing and communicating details with customers and the Contract and Sales team.
Accept, manage and track service requests from customer in the Service Requests Book
Assigns a SC ID, and work with the Contract Manager and Transition Manager on validating the Service Request Scope.
Fill and pass the Technical Specs form to the our client's Site Manager for detailed specification.
Work with SOW team on SOW projects.
Work with our client's various procurement, ICD, Complex Orders team and Integrator team to pull together the Service Request pricing.
Work with the our client's SC technical team in collating supplier quotations. The role holder will eventually be managing all quotations and request to third-party suppliers.
Compile the final quotation into the Service Request Order Form for submission to their customer client.
Manage all expedite requests from our client
Manage all requests / pricing clarification from their banking customer
Work with our client's Sales administrators to input their banking customers' Purchase Order details into BOSS.
Prepare and submit our clien'ts Purchase Order Request to our client's Service Delivery team for Purchase Orders to third-party vendors.
Prepare and submit order requests to our client's internal fulfilment team.
Track the requests end-to-end to closure.
Generate weekly reports for our clients SC and their customers' stakeholders.
Business Impact:
Impact is long term and primarily functional in scope but with an awareness of functions outside of own business area.
Authority for significant decisions and financial accountability would lie with the Contract or Business Manager.
Authority/Decision Making:
Decision-making for all service requests. Exceptions and major requests will be done in consultation with the Contract Manager / Business Manager.

Degree
Skills/Experience:
Able to manage requests independently and strong adherence to team work.
Experience in order management and associated processes highly preferred
Ability to handle and manage multiple requests.
A broad ability to understand basic customer solutions
Awareness of our client's regulatory, local billing and contract transition process will be preferred
Line Management skills (if applicable)
Experience of finance, customer service management / delivery, relationship management, project management and a broad understanding of our client’s products and services is helpful.
