Performs data analysis, creates and maintains reports, and executes SAP transactions.
Works closely with the logistics Agents, our Sales Reps and Customer Service team, and interfaces with the other functions within the region to ensure timely and accurate execution of the assigned tasks and effective support to the business.
Conducts data entry, data downloads and data maintenance utilizing SAP and SAP upload software for the region.
Builds and maintains data bases for ongoing operations analysis.
Regularly reviews safety stock for routine replenishment from Internal Org to logistics agents to minimize stock out in hospitals.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly Operations reports / metrics including forecast accuracy, short shelf life, backorder, consignment stock and delivery lead time performance.
Coordinates consignment inventory controls and reporting.
Coordinates with logistics agents, Sales Reps and Finance team to reconcile the consignment stock count and inventory adjustment in SAP.
Supports sales requirements through the facilitation and control of the consignment process.
