Reporting to

  • Director of Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities

  • Act as lead for GSCM by working within team and cross functional teams in projects for new product launches, process improvement with focus on but not limited to,efficiency, costs and maintaining a long-term commitment by evaluating probable financial (e.g. contribute to gross margin growth, etc.) and operational impact
  • Analyse current approaches to identify opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project execution, materials, sourcing, workflows, and costs. Proposing/formulating improvement plans for the aforementioned
  • Design, improve, and document processes and workflows
  • Deliver presentations and effectively articulate pros and cons, facts and figures, and broad business topics to various stakeholders including senior management team
  • Participate in the development of the businesses plans and programs as a strategic partner
  • Ensure inventory and operational cost systems are operating efficiently through proper controls over inventory and inter-company movements
  • Assist with development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with the strategyand controlling of budget of transportation costs
  • Manage inventory, receivables (total credit and overdue), investments and monitor other GSCM KPIs
  • Generate monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively
  • Generate monthly forecast and analysis of operational performance – revenues, margin, markdowns, expenses and inventory

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent; Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of Project Management & Controlling experience is required for this position
  • Lean SixSigma (Green or Black Belt), APICS ASCP, CPIM desired
  • Supply Chain FP&A business controlling
  • Solid cost accounting foundation, previous plant controller/finance very desirable
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible, reliable, strong work ethic, dependable team player, positive, constructive attitude
  • Excellent team work and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders for desired outcome.
  • Strong analytical skills for strategic evaluation, interpretation, and presentation
  • Demonstrating resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, and a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to transfer best practice business process and procedure globally
  • Computer skills compatible with standard software (Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Travelling is require for this position (25% frequency to Thailand)
