- Backoffice Services for financial, insurance sectors
- Opportunity and Service Excellence Owner
- OTE of 150-250K pa
- Serves as important intermediary with Both Sales and Delivery Organisation
- Opportunity Owner , Service Excellence Owner and Client Advocate
- Qualifying, Developing and Closing Global outsourcing/ BPO deals
- Overall Account Service Strategy Planning and Client Needs Discovery Identification (Opportunities)
- Ability to develop Multi Tier Relationship within serviced account together with Account Business Manager who owns the Business relationship
Requirements
- Min 6 years in a Consulting Capacity
- Experience in a organisation providing BPO or Professional Services + managed services area
- Strong consultative and value proposition selling
- Proven Opportunity Engagement Management Skills in a complex sales life cycle
- Business Risk Analysis and Strategic Partner Alliance development
- Account Service Developement Strategy
- Identification of additional clients needs and subsequent services proposition within serviced accounts
- Ability to build a strategic "Partnership" relationship with client
- Track record in achieving revenue targets
