To build the Finance & Admin Service (FAS) portfolio for the Asia Pacific Market.
To perform the role of Subject Matter Expert within our client's org, sharing and transferring knowledge to the field organization.

Job Scope
===========
Design the go-to-market strategy for both short-term and mid long-term
Build the Finance & Admin Service (FAS) portfolio to support growth of our client's outsourcing business across Asia Pacific
Understand customer requirements and the key market trends for the FAS portfolio(Account Payable process, Account Receivable process and Travel&Expense process) to tailor our service offering to meet the customers’ needs
Create the offerings based on Customer requirements, existing offering in the region
Launch the FAS offers into the field sales and delivery organizations
Support strategic account sales activities for new FAS offers by being the centre of competence
Be the Subject Matter Expertise, provides advice & support to deal pursuit team whenever required.
Ensure that the FAS portfolio is aligned with the overall  Outsourcing strategy

Education & Experience
=======================
Experience of 3 to 5 years in the financial, manufacturing and / or telecommunication industries
Experience in managing and delivering outsourced solutions and services with a track record of successful delivery, (3-5 years).
Understanding of the B2C market, key customer drivers and key areas of opportunity for the FAS solutions and especially
Experience in Insurance industry, banking industry or related service industry knowing the specific business process painpoints.
Extensive experience (3-5 years) in developing assessment approaches / methodologies.
Senior level business consulting experience in process analysis and change management.
Experience of working in international environment and/or an offsite operation environment such as Shared Service Center
Multi-lingual: English plus at least one language of a major country in target region
Good communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
A team player with strong personal motivation.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
