Office Manager (start up tech org)

Our client is recruiting an Office Manager to join our start-up, based in Singapore, which  is backed by Telecommunications and Internet companies with nearly half a billion subscribers across nine regional mobile operators in Asia-Pacific. The successful candidates demonstrate a start-up mindset.

Role:

Manage the accounting operations, costing, budgeting, and taxation of the company to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and requirements
•    Prepare operation budget & forecast, execute budgetary control and conduct variance analysis to ensure total expenditures are within budgeted amount
•       Liaise with accounting firm for monthly financial statements
•       Manage credit control, invoicing & billing
•       Administer some HR related matters. e.g payment of insurance premiums.
•       Manage supplier which includes sourcing and negotiating for the most competitively priced suppliers, and conducting audits to ensure quality Requirements
•       Proven ability to work in a start-up and paperless environment
•    High capacity to multi-task
•       Provide general admin support in handling claims, travels for the management team, phone call, mail & filing
•    Other related duties as assigned by the Management team (3 people)
•       Proficient in Microsoft Office and online
•       Strong communication & good interpersonal skills
•    Able to start work immediately

A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or CPA is an advantage but not required
