Regional Product (Service) Development Manager ( Client Account Life Cycle Managed Services)

Reporting to Regional Director of Business Development, the incumbent will own the product line (managed services for financial card application workflow management) and provide SME support to BD, account managers, business consultants in areas
- developing go-to market strategies
- researching and reviewing market trends
- create new product offerings
- enhance existing product offerings
- Provide SME advice and support to sales account and deal pursuit teams
- Work closely with service delivery in developing delivery components for proper execution strategies
Education & Experience
• Senior level business consulting experience in process analysis and change management
• Experience providing consulting or discussing with senior level executives (CEO, COO, Head of Operations, CFO, Line of Business Head)
• Experience providing consulting or discussing with senior level executives (CEO, COO, Head of Operations, CFO, Line of Business Head)
• At least 3 years experience in managing and delivering outsourced
solutions in credit card or financial card approval process services
• Experience of at least 5-7 years in end-to-end front-office and back office processes in financial services card products. Examples include credit card product development, marketing, sales, card account operations such as opening, maintenance, termination.
• Experience in Retail Banking industry and other financial services industry such as Insurance will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma in Client Account life cycle management processes environment will be an
advantage
• Have experience in working on major straight-through processing and electronic document processing initiatives
• Experience of working in international environment and/or an off-site operation environment such as Shared Service Center
Personal Qualities
• Multi-lingual: English plus at least one language of a major country in target region
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• A team player with strong personal motivation
• Patience in adopting a rigorous, process-based approach that may result in slower results delivery
• Self-starter and able to drive the business with minimal guidance
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline
