Our client develops Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Offerings for global customers. There exist various vertical solutions within their various portfolios for specific functions within the MNC operations. One of which includes the Financial and Admin Services portfolio (FAS). This armbit looks at how to streamline customer's existing business process operations (in finance, accounting and administrative backend operations) into a more efficient workflow model leveraging on our client's technology and business process management capabilities.
 
The incumbent reports into the Regional Business Development Office .
 
Objectives
=================
To build and grow the Finance & Admin Service (FAS) portfolio for the Asia Pacific Market.
To perform the role of Subject Matter Expert for the FAS portfolio within our client's org, sharing and transferring knowledge to the field organization.
 
Job Scope
===========
- Design and develop go-to-market strategy/models for the FAS service models
- Program manage roll out into field sales and delivery
- Provide SME sales engagement support to deal pursuit teams on both existing and new FAS service offerings
- Constantly update on key market trends to further fine tune go-to-market models
- Build market share as part of company's overall business growth in APAC
 

Education & Experience
=======================
Experience of 3 to 5 years in the financial, manufacturing and / or telecommunication industries, preferably working in an offsite operation environment such as Shared Service Center
Senior level business consulting experience in process analysis and change management.
Experience in managing and delivering outsourced solutions and services with a track record of successful delivery, (3-5 years).
Understanding of the B2C market, key customer drivers and key areas of opportunity for the FAS solutions
Experience in Insurance industry, banking industry or related service industry knowing the specific business process painpoints.
Extensive experience (3-5 years) in developing assessment approaches / methodologies.
Good communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
A team player with strong personal motivation.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
