Regional IT Manager (LAN/WAN)

• Lead regional team to manage Internal IT projects on IT Infrastructure ( e.g. Email, Antivirus Gateway, email domain consolidation, VPN, security etc)
• Assist regional offices in maintaining and auditing their IT Infrastructure (e.g. LAN, WAN, router, VPN)
• Work closely with HQ, regional offices and Business Units in the identification, recommendation and initiation of solutions in accordance with business requirements and IT strategy for the region
• Identify, diagnose, report and take necessary actions to improve future performance of IT infrastructure of the company
• Assist Regional MIS in maintaining and upholding Worldwide and Regional MIS policies (security, MIS, Change Request etc…)
• Acting manager for Corporate Network management and monitoring functions
• Work closely with Corp IT Team in management of Corp Network as a shared service
• Manage and provide leadership to a team of helpdesk, network, security and infrastructure engineers
• Identify and negotiate for licensing agreement based on regional consolidated needs
• Lead negotiation with Telco on contract renewal


• Degree/Diploma holder in Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 6 years of relevant IT working experience with 4 years as manager in similar position
• Experience with Microsoft server and workstation products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directories, Exchange and Firewalls (e.g. Cisco and CheckPoint)
• Working experiences with security solutions (Anti-virus, Anti-spam, Email Gateway solution)
• Possess strong inter-networking knowledge
• Knowledge of ISO27001 framework or Information security management will be an advantage
• Travel to SEA countries required (10% to 20%)
