Our client provides network services to global customers/carrieres
As Technical Project Manager you are responsible for managing the back office team of covering all the aspects of the operational process from sales support, provisioning to customer care.
In this role you will coordinate the administrative workload, manage the back office team and function as vocal point for all technical matters.
Your primary tasks will be to:
  • Project manage the Asia Pacific network installations and ensure an efficient provisioning process by dealing with all escalations, technical issues and specific customer requests;
  • Ensure a high quality level of customer care by managing the customer service team and act as 2nd line technical support;
  • Ensure a responsive and effective day to day performance of the administrative global service organisation for sales support;
  • Analyse and improve performance by means of KPI management and initiating process improvements;
  • Participate in project teams in order to support the business.

Your Profile
  • Completed relevant higher education
  • Strong technical knowledge of Internet Access Technologies and VPN solutions
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years managerial experience in a back office / administrative Telco environment
  • Strong people management skills
  • Analytical & communicatively strong
  • Planner and organiser
  • Team player
  • No 9-to-5 mentality
