IT Manager (Global, hands-on)

Our client a entertainment software solutions organisation has offices in Singapore, London, Taiwan and Philipines
The IT Manager will have 2 local reports , and another 2 in its other regional offices.
Position Summary 
Plan, manage, implement and support IT Infrastructure services to ensure efficient & effective provisioning of IT services internationally.
Job Responsibilities
Design and manage company’s IT infrastructure to ensure minimal unplanned disruption to operational and software development needs.
Enforce, implement and manage IT policies and guidelines, system security and standard operating procedures to ensure there is no infringement to corporate and legal requirements.
Provide internal training and 3rd level support to other operations/support team to ensure continual learning and minimized IT services disruption. To constantly keep up-to-date in technological advancement to ensure effective and efficient solutions are used to meet corporate requirements To constantly keep management aware of IT Infrastructure Services provisioning trends and events to ensure continual relevance to corporate needs.
Education & Experience
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
MCSA/MCSE(2003), ITIL certification Experience in WAN, LAN systems & design for a Distributed Software Development environment
Minimum 5 years working experience in Wintel/Unix system implementation and administration
1 to 2 years of team leading function
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Hands on Knowledge in Windows Operating System especially in AD, GPO, PKI, IPSEC, DNS, MS-Exchange, etc
Solid knowledge in computer operation system and network system.
Manages the process of innovative change effectively
Possess positive personality, working attitude and customer-focused
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Integrity – including being honest and upholding professional principles and ethical standards in any and all aspects of business conduct
Creative thinking skills – including the ability to maintain an open mind, understand and integrate diverse information from diverse sources and synthesize information into appropriately creative and realistic concepts, programs processes and solutions.
