Regional Security Solutions Manager

Our client is currently working with a number of organizations across vertical markets, and is seeking individuals with substantial experience in the information security space.  The Security Solution Manager is a senior role delivering our client's security product solutions under the Security Services practice. He is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationship, support sales and explore further add-on business for each project delivered on a consistent and on-going basis. He shall leverage on all solutions and resources to exceed customer value expectations, maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure that all projects are delivered to the satisfaction of the client.
Be involved in major scoping and bidding for all Professional Services engagements that requires security services.
Be responsible as a project manager for any security solution deployment projects or security program services.
Identify adequacy of products and program in our portfolio and recommend products and program that have good sales potential or are lacking from our portfolio.
Identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures.
Mentor other consultants and peers in new techniques, tools and other
job skills.
Increase customer perception and loyalty whilst ensuring great service delivery.
Accountable for the first level of satisfaction that nominated Security Services customers perceive that they receive from our client for the Security Services provided through our client.
Provide Single Point of Contact for our client's Security customers.
Communicate recommendations to clients in verbal and formal written format.

Understanding of information risk management and IT security terms and services
Ordinarily Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a Degree standard.
CISSP/CISA/CISM certification helpful but not required.
At least 6 years relevant information security experience, of which 2 years are in a managerial position.
Strong consulting skills.
Knowledge of government regulations governing information security (HIPAA, GLBA, SOX etc.).
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and security best practice guidelines (ISO 17799, COSO, COBIT, OCTAVE, etc. are desirable.
Knowledge of security products.
