Lead very large multi -product projects typically spanning multiple regions or countries and potentially multiple sub-contractors and
suppliers. The projects typically contain a very high customer complexity factor. This can be e.g. a complex customer organisation with
many Business Units.

The projects contain a high level of political influences with a high number of (project) stakeholders. 
Products delivered as part of the project are not limited to our client's products or solutions and can be products in development.
Provide PM consultancy to our customers.

Lead complex ICT projects on behalf of the customer not specifically related to our client's Services products. 

Projects are very large in size and scale and high in customer complexity.
Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical plans
Produce, key documents specific to the individual customer, such as a statement of work, migration/transition/transformation approach,
critical path analysis, project plans (incl scoping), project profit and loss plans, risk mgmt plan, change mgmt plan, communication plan,
quality plan
Manage scope,  risk, change, project P&L, customer and stakeholders perception
Provide internal and external reporting
Trigger the billing process and ensure that project forecast vs actual are well managed

Application of a proven PM methodology built on recognised industry best practice
Customise the our client's project management methodology and our client's project management tools to suit the specific requirements of each project.
Presales support on very large opportunities through definition of project management solutions, prepare PM pricing, challenge the bids
(are they executable) and delivery of customer presentations.
Provide feedback and assistance to the global PM practice  practices to develop corporate methods, techniques.
Support the head of the department in practice and team development as required.
Live up to and respect the our client's values (open, honest, straight forward, dynamic, friendly)
Ability to train and mentor other project managers and team members in project disciplines
Take on complex projects in trouble, perform health check and turn them around into a project in stable mode
