Key objective of the MS Service Provisioning role is to drive and assist in defining the framework, compiling and making suggestion on costing/pricing to Countries on Regional E&S and Uptime services.

Key Tasks Roles/Responsibilities
MS Price Book Updating MS price book. Provide pricing model, compile pricing models from various countries and regionalize. Align pricing model with the Statement of Work. Point of contact for MS related costing and pricing Develop standard MS sales collaterals for use in presentation, proposal or other customer engagement Drive automation of costing/pricing tools in line with global/regional directions (Uptime re-launch, IPTDM, and relevant projects)
Pre-sales support Interface with Sales Specialists and Sales to provide guidelines on solution proposal and pricing Interface with Country MS team for co-ordination of costing and pricing, as well as getting agreement on service level commitments Perform demonstration and usage of tools during customer presentations.
Pipeline management Tracking of MS business pipeline through salesforce.com tools Work with Country MS sales specialists on improving pipelines Focus on major regional pipelines to ensure high closure rates Provide monthly
Sales training Plan and conduct trainings to enable in-country MS service provisioning team, sales specialists and sales to price and sell Managed Services Align the sales collaterals with SPIN methodology
