Reporting to the VP, Global Service Delivery, you will be responsible for the creation, consolidation and timelines of bids, including providing, accurate cost of services for proposal to prospective customers by working with the in-country Bid and Pricing teams.  

Responsibilities:  

You will work with the virtual Bid team (globally or regionally) to review proposals and build cost of services. You will have to liaise with operational groups and all relevant parties to identify tasks and resources required to meet particular service delivery; liaise with cost groups in Europe, USA , local subsidiaries and service partners to ensure effective cost co-ordination of global and regional bids. You will have to present costs and justifications to virtual Bid team and senior management for review and sign-off.  You will lead continuous improvement efforts on cost model/modules for quality and speed of costing and process simplification.  

1.  Degree or its equivalent  with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.  

2.  Costing experience, preferably from within the IT service industry  

3.  Possess advanced Excel skills, database experience would be an advantage  

4.  Knowledge of leasing and taxes advantageous  

5.  Strong communication skills, both oral and written, comfortable working across disciplines  

6.  Able to work and progress on own initiative  

7.  Good presentation skills
