Assistant Manager (Network Consulting Services)

Delivering consulting support capabilities that meets customers’ requirements and contributes to closing sales. This should be achieved through building up a team of competent consultants with the necessary skills set, at the same time applying one’s own technical skills for complex situations where necessary.
Responsible for the optimal use of resources i.e. managed and allocate pre-sales resources within a specific sales territory for customers meetings and tender requests.
Act as the point of escalation within the team.
Responsible for recruiting, appraising and motivating a team of Consultants.
Build a cohesive team and ensure that team members are competent in technical knowledge and consultancy best practices.
Identify skills gap, define competency matrix and develop training plans for the team

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor / Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent
Min 8 years experience in IT/networking industry
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Assigned supervisory role for min of 2 years
Industry Certification
