Administers all commercial contracts with clients
Provide commercial analysis (contractual implications) on managed services contracts during the bid process.
Perform bid profitability analysis on managed services contracts.
Liaise with senior management on internal costs and bid profitability.
Work with bid managers, solution managers, sales, legal and finance to produce competitive solutions and pricing strategies.
Improve profitability by monitoring contract terms, liaising with operations and logistics teams and creating efficiencies as part of the bid review process.
maintain a standard pricing tool and process

Requirements
costing/budgetary/financial analysis experience
commercial awareness
legal terms familiarility
