Our client has Support centers in Mountain View, CA, Lehi, UT, Dublin, Ireland & Singapore, Asia.

  • Reporting to Snr Director, Service Delivery APJ, your role is to grow Singapore Support and Escalations center. In this role you will lead, build and manage our client's support team that works on complex and challenging issues from our customers and partners. You will recruit, motivate and mentor team members to deliver a high quality customer experience. You will also work alongside Product Management and Engineering to improve our client's products based on customer feedback

  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in customer-facing, technical support work
  • At least 3 years of direct people management experience
  • Track record of recruiting and developing a strong team
  • Proven ability to resolve customer problems, complaints and issues utilizing appropriate internal and external resources
  • Experience in supporting both hardware and software products, training issues and escalating them to either the hardware or software groups
  • Knowledge of operating systems (VMware, Solaris, LINUX, Windows), SANs and networking.
  • Prior support experience at storage related company desired
  • Knowledge of Fibre Channel, IP networking/iSCSI
  • Willingness to work off hours or be on call as needed
  • Ability to speak regional languages could be advantage

Annual Base salary + 20% KPI bonus + equities + discounted share purchase program
