The Job :
· Work closely with customers to understand their needs so as to develop solutions to fit their business requirements
· Provide technical sales support, including proposal development and presentation, to members of the APAC sales team
· Provide technical sales support to our client's APAC Business Partners and Global System Integrators
Requirements :
· Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computing Science or equivalent
· At least 5-7 years of work experience in designing and solutioning contact center applications such as CTI, IVR, Dialer, ACD
. Knowledge of Genesys, Avaya products essential
· Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic personality and enjoy working in a team
· Strong problem solving skills with the ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Candidate with a consulting background will be advantages
· Travel within APAC is a must
