Our client is a global IT professional services organisation supporting primarily the financial industry

• Reports To: Regional Senior Finance Manager, Network Services
• Location : Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Complete monthly general ledger close, forecasting, balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
• Be the “Go to” person on Network Services (NS) regional expense related matters
• Analyze and completeNS monthly bill runs
• Prepare intercompany statements for confirmation and reconcile differences with respective countries accountant
• Prepare yearly budget on NS expense accounts
• Co-ordinate with operations and treasury on AR and AP matters
• Work with treasury team on collections
• Liaise with auditors to complete Singapore office statutory/tax audit
• Handle tax and audit compliance work
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Experience and Skills Required

• 4 -6 years financial/management accounting experience
• Be able to explain balance sheet fluctuations
• Audit experience a plus
• Qualified Accountant a plus
• Hands on experience to do full set of books, including month end closing
• Oracle or SAP general ledger experience is preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good communication & analytical skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Experience in using Outlook and PowerPoint
