Consultant (mid range CRM )

• Conduct Business Requirement Study and perform client business mapping
• Provide support during / after implementation of software & systems
• To work on system configuration, testing and training
• Analyze changes and impacts on existing application modules
• Ensure projects meets quality requirements
• Provide Pre-sales support to prospect and sales team

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Advantageous to have CRM or ERP Software experience
• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of .Net/C# development experience preferred
• Must have implemented at least 2 CRM projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM an added advantage
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Experience and knowledge of IT implementation methodology & best practices an added advantage
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidates must be willing to travel based on the project needs
• Ability to work independently and under tight schedule
