Principal Secuity Consultant, Asia

1.  Be responsible as a senior technical lead for customer project that requires us to be in an advisory role. 
2.  Be involved in major scoping and bidding for all Professional Services engagements that requires security services. 
3.  Be responsible for leading teams of consultants in performing core our client's security consulting services, including risk assessments, security audits, network vulnerability assessments and security penetration tests. 
4.  Be responsible for conducting security assessments and maintaining technical proficiency, sharing knowledge throughout the firm
through tool development, template enhancements and methodology enhancements. 
5.  Identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures. 
6.  Mentor other consultants and peers in new techniques, tools and other
job skills. 
7.  Increase customer perception and loyalty whilst ensuring great service delivery. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING EXPERIENCE 
1.  Ordinarily Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a Degree standard 
2.  CISSP/CISA/CISM certification helpful but not required 
3.  At least 8 years relevant information security experience, of which 3 years are in a managerial position. 
4.  Strong consulting skills 
5.  Knowledge of government regulations governing information security (HIPAA, GLBA, SOX etc.). 
6.  Knowledge of risk management frameworks and security best practice guidelines (ISO 17799, COSO, COBIT, OCTAVE, etc. are desirable.
