Our client is a global audio solutions principal organisation.
This BU works with both their own products and 3rd party products and basically delivers the entire systems or solutions to clients
 
Job Description  
3.  Handle all aspects of sales & marketing duties for assigned country/countries  
4.  Identify new business opportunities and develop new distributors/dealers network  
5.  Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share  
6.  Develop and implement Sales to drive customer & market retention and development  
7.  Develop long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with customers  
8.  Conduct product training for dealer/distributors and customers.  
9.  Articulate the long-term strategic intent for the various assigned product segment and resulting participation alternatives, ensuring alignment with overall direction of senior management, and corporate strategic guidance.  
10.  Conduct strategic market analysis on existing/new markets to drive business plans and execute options.  
11.  Provide critical, independent assessment of segment business lines; review, challenge and shape operating plans and business processes.  
12.  Provide foresight and thought leadership for the assigned segment.

Requirements  
3.  Recognised Bachelors degree or good educational background with  4- 8 years of sales and marketing experience and at least 5 years of relevant sales and business management experience with good sales revenue results.  
4.  Strategic Thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues and strategic implications and make sound business recommendations  
5.  Strong intellect, able to deal with complex and ambiguous situations  
6.  Ability to operate and influence at a senior level and develop customer relationships (internal and external)  
7.  Project Management abilities to develop action plans and successfully oversee the management of cross-functional teams through implementation  
8.  Strong communications skills with the ability to use written, oral and PowerPoint presentations to gain organizational support and enthusiasm for initiatives as well as serve as external evangelist.  
9.  Understanding of speakers systems such as Line Array and Point source and their applications
