Global Account Manager (data/voice solutions/services)

This is a regional account management position. As a Global Account sales manager, you are responsible for selling our client's global accounts offering directly to clients, or via Service Providers.  
She is expected to have a good understanding of the client’s IT strategy and business needs and identify appropriate solution to meet this business requirement. Understanding of the competitive installation base/strategy in the account and work with the local Account Management team to drive a displacement strategy in the market.  
Understand of the global account offering and utilize it to engage the benefits to customers. He will be supported by the Global Account and local Sales team for all complex engagement to ensure the success of the company.  
He is expected to accurately forecast monthly opportunity and revenue outlook and developed a winning strategy for each opportunity. Expand and increase market share for all MNC customers operating in the Asia Pacific region.  
In Summary :-  
1.  Manage global account relationships in Asia Pacific region  
2.  Grow revenue within the Global Accounts assigned  
3.  Work closely with global account directors and local sales teams in closing the opportunity  
4.  Strategic account planning and responsible for the business plan to grow global accounts in the region  
5.  Provide business plan to lead a global Account Sales team to support the business growth  
6.  Key contact point for global clients in APJ  
7.  Provide leadership to in-country sales team in growing business  
8.  Customer focus  
Qualifications :-  
1.  University degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent field of study  
2.  2-8 years of sales experience with a proven record of achievement. Preferrably in Regional Account Management  
3.  Strong negotiation skill    
4.  Must process good communication and presentation skills and be fluent in the English and Chinese language  
5.  Must be very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer’s needs  
6.  Creative and willing to explore to new market segment  
7.  Leadership qualities: Integrity, dedication, attention to detail, deliver results on time, goal oriented, self-motivated  
8.  Strong team player  
9.  Salary up to 120K pa
