Inside Sales Executive (IT products/services)

• Responsible for researching and building databases
• Generate and qualify leads for the Sales team
• Secure appointments for Sales Team
• Assist in generating and organize customer database
• Support and assist the team in various marketing activities.
• Responsible for sending marketing collaterals and mailers to prospective customers
• Achieve monthly targets
• Resolve customers’ concerns positively and promptly

• Requirements :
• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 1-2 years indoor sales experience preferred in telemarketing or customer service. Experience in the IT field or product marketing is preferred
• Strong communication skills, drive for results and customer focused
• Confidence in communicating with C-level executives
• Effectively bilingual in English and another language
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong persuasive ability and tenacity
• Customer service orientation
• Strong desire to learn, grow and contribute to the organization
