The sales manager is expected to drive and grow the new & existing accounts to achieve sales quota. He/She will build & maintain a strong client relationship, working cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to close deals and ensure follow through of the delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Senior Sales Manager will have an added responsibility as a team lead to assist the team in their sales opportunities, ensure achievement and consistency in meeting sales quota.

 

  • Proven track record in maintaining strong client relationship & closing complex deals
  • Build pipelines & account plans to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Ability to acquire new accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Work with internal team to present winning proposals to customers
  • Support post-sales delivery & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Industry knowledge and experience in Government/Healthcare/Education/FSI/Commercial
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to influence & negotiate with Key Management team
  • Experience in virtualization / cloud computing / managed services
  • Familiar with Enterprise solutions such as CISCO/EMC/IBM/Microsoft/Symantec/VMware
