REPORTS TO COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Individual to be involved in:

1. Delivering individual sales targets set; sourcing for new customers and securing new accounts / business
2. Building key customer relationships and increase sales opportunities
3. Devising and presenting sales and marketing ideas and strategies to the Top management team
4. Creating quotations, invoices, sales reports, briefing notes and information memorandums
5. Tracking performance and maximising returns from existing contracts

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Acquire a sound business acumen, attention to detail with strong analytical mind
2. Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
3. How to build strong win-win relationships with different stakeholders to retain customers and increase the revenue of the company
4. Ability to analyse sales data to come up with new strategies to drive sales for the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. diploma and degree holders
2. 3 to 5 years of proven sales experiences
3. aggressive and self driven
4. able to work under presssure
5. able to work as a team

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

Good and Strong Engagement Mindset.
Good sales experiences in ERP systems like SAP Business One; CRM systems; digital transformation solutions
