End User Support staff
General Job Description
· Provide support for PC, printers, Video conference, and PC applications related issues, etc
· Adhere to job processes and maintain documentation
· Ensure high level of service is being delivered
· Assist team and service vendors in meeting service demands
· Assist project teamsGeneral Requirement
· IT education or experience in IT work
· Proven ability to work in a demanding, responsive, dynamic, quality and result-oriented environment
· Team player but also able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
· Must be extremely service focused and possess good written and oral communication skills
· Must have good helpdesk, PC support experience
· Knowledge and experience in managing servers or management tool(s) is a plus
