• Responsible for system architecture, good knowledge of wireless technologies, design and verification of digital system, analog/mixed-signal circuits design, battery charging and power management system design
• Planning and leading feasibility study, design review, verification of electronics concepts, development and testing of headphones product
  Management of development partners of electronic modules and solutions
• Supporting suppliers in production and testing of electronics solutions
• Writing of electrical technical specifications according to product requirement
• Conduct design FMEA with project team
• Support in component sourcing and selection of electronic parts as may be required from time to time
• Conduct cost evaluation activities of electronic and electromechanical parts in collaboration with Purchasing Team
• Check and validate schematic, block diagram and component specifications used in the project
• Check and review EBOM (including parts cost)
• Conduct engineering test and evaluation to validate the product design. This includes system testing and measurement of electrical performance of the product
• Communicate and work closely with Electrical (external contract design), Acoustic and Mechanical Design Team during the development phase
• Provide technical support to Quality and Compliance team during the qualification phase

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of working experience in product design and development
• Proven track record in hands-on experience in system or hardware design architect for consumer electronics products
• Must have good knowledge of digital RF transmission technologies
• Must have the knowledge and understanding of complete electronics systems, not only on module level
• Must have experience and knowledge in analogue and digital audio processing
• Must be able to handle multiple product development activities simultaneously
• Must have good problem solving skills and strong analytical power
• Experience in working with international development partner and suppliers
• Experience in leading electronics development with external partner and managing external supplier
• Experience with FMEA, EMC/EMI regulatory and compliance standards
• Must be wiling to travel oversea occasionally
• Creative, self-motivated, resourceful and good team player
