1.  Responsible for the acoustical development of new products  
2.  Definition of sound concepts and selection of acoustical platforms  
3.  Acoustical tuning of headphones  
4.  Qualification and release of acoustics, transducers or parts thereof  
5.  Support of manufacturing partners during production ramp-up  
6.  Communication with development partners and industrial design agencies  

Requirements  

7.  Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of working experience  
8.  Basic electronics knowledge  
9.  Verifiable knowledge in electro acoustics  
10.  Experience in acoustical tuning of headphones (ear canal, circumarual, supraaural, in-ear)  
11.  Basic mechanics knowledge  
12.  Understanding of audio measurement systems  
13.  Handling of multiple products simultaneously  
14.  Problem solving skills  
15.  Cooperation with international development partner and suppliers  
16.  Must be wiling to travel oversea occasionally  
17.  Creative, self-motivated, resourceful and good team player  
18.  Experience with FMEA
