Scope of Work

The Facilities Manager will lead a team of Engineers and Technicians, to manage the Production Support operations, Expansion Program / Building & Ground Maintenance, Fire Life Safety program. He will be responsible for the building utilities such as ACMV, CDA, Electrical distribution System, etc. This position will report to the facilities Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Contractors are briefed on the Project Quality and EHS and that they execute the works in accordance with them.
• Provide project progress status to the Project Manager.
• Interface with the Consultants and our client's Project Team to review the technical matters related to the construction activities.
• Monitor the sequence of works in accordance with the approved baseline/contract program or working program.
• Monitor the performance of the subcontractors & materials deliveries.
• Coordinate with the our client's Project Team, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the construction works are progressing as scheduled.
• Ensure the works are performed in accordance with the Specifications and approved procedures.
• Establish procedures to implement Project and Controls in accordance with our client's policy.
• Establish reporting metrics and monitoring systems for areas of responsibility.
• Implement FLS program in accordance with CSOP
• Implement Building Scheduled Maintenance System
• Develop Operational Budgets for volume ramp and sustained operations.
• Prepare tender documents and identify local suppliers for maintenance services not performed by our client's employees (Landscape services, janitorial, space planning, etc.)
• Assure new building systems are completely documented and that system maintenance is performed as stipulated under contractual agreements.
• Plan for and manage the required training of staff to perform functional responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities Management
