Quality Manager (Audio products)

  Responsibilities

  • Implement and establish all necessary processes and tools to promote quality achievement and performance improvement
  • Effectively interact with cooperating departments and supplier to maintain and improve product quality, cost and supply
  • Establish quality requirements at supplier and ensure compliance with our client, national and international standards and legislation
  • Agreeing standards, establishing quality methods and defining quality procedures with supplier
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports; preparation of QA reports
  • Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with related departments and supplier
  • Monitor, improve and maintain the suppliers quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions
  • Manage requalification of product/component in mass production
  • Collaboration in approval of new supplier
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time


Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management, production processes and project management managing quality issues globally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel when required
