Maintenance Leader (manager, startup plant)

Reporting to the Plant Leader , the Maintenance Leader/Manager is responsible for:
 
  • Managing overall maintenance activities, commissioning process and testing of all plant equipment to ensure optimal uptime
  • Driving, developing and implementing programs to ensure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes
  • Spare parts management
  • Managing and coaching a team of maintenance engineers and specialists in carrying out routine maintenance activities
 
 To be successful in this role, you should have:
 
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in maintaining precision machining equipment, metal fabrication equipment, programmable machines, and trade certification (electrical) if any.
  • Electrical skills/knowledge
  • Mechanical skills/knowledge
  • Facility management experience
  • Supervision skills
  • Contracts and services agreement management experience
  • Project management skills
  • plant start up experience
  • 5-7K
