Project Manager, Sites & Facilities

Job Purpose

To provide effective management, planning and control of new power upgrading project within our client's Loyang DP center
PM will have the overall responsibility for upcoming new power facilities (Electrical Panel, UPS and CRAU unit replacement) and act in a leading capacity from Pre project initiation to handover and project close out.
Extending to support other countries space planning, site relocation project, and handle ad-hot facilities matters.

Key areas of responsibility

Input to the Sites & Facilities approval process as required
Establishment of the overall project plan
Establishment of lines of communication with appropriate parties
Ensure all project meetings are formally recorded and minutes are taken
Deploy and manage appropriate team(s)
Identify, and analyze risks and take steps to mitigate risk
Manage project budget throughout the life cycle
Manage 3rd party suppliers, internal and external, in delivery against agreed work packages
Communicate and report on project status
Manage the delivery of the projects to end users
Project documentation
Established and gain agreement of the acceptance criteria with end user

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years project management project management experience.
Ability to plan and organize an international team of resources having multiple professional/ technical skills
Certification from a recognized accredited Project Management organization
Business management skills capabilities
Project financial capabilities
Communication skills/Written & Oral.
