The Role May Include, But Is Not Restricted To

 

  • Manage our ecosystems of partners (i.e. system integrators, HR consulting, HR solution vendors), and other client-side advice and management
  • Involve to project manage, provide product functional capability and ensure a successful deployment of HRIS for our clients, including design, configuration, testing, and data activities
  • Using your business analysis skills to identify and document client requirements, and determine HR system and data strategies
  • Provide product expertise and able to do demonstration to prospects
  • Using your HR and technical systems knowledge to identify the key issues for our clients undergoing change in HR or related people and technology processes.
  • Undertake and own proposal writing and liaison with relevant partners for the project
  • Working at all levels within the client's organisation from HR management to the IT team and be able to gain immediate credibility, adapting your style to suit the audience.
  • Working closely with sales team and other line of business to position HR offerings to clients

 

Requirements

  • Have a HR functional knowledge and understand one of the key function of HR employee proposition and lifecycle
  • Have previous access or relationships to HR clients
  • Have performed project management or programs for HR or HRIS related projects
  • Previous background in HR SAAS implementation (Workday/Successfactors/SABA/Prosoft) will be advantageous
  • Understand the current and future state systems landscape.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
  • Must provide excellent customer service to internal as well as external clients.
  • Review and create scoping, interface and system design documentation
  • Support documentation of business technical requirements, data flows, and business transformation logic.
  • Develop integration/interfaces, test scenarios, test cases and test data.
  • Willingness to travel(not frequent)

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • HR Systems certification (ex. Workday, Successfactors, SABA, Prosoft) are advantageous
  • Experienced in client requirements gathering including business requirements, data mapping, system landscape overview
  • Open to learning various HR solution vendors product skills and present product value to clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadline with quality deliverables

 

 

  • More than 8 yrs of experience in managing IT projects

  • Must have run at least 5 complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) independently as a PM

  • Must have experience in customer and vendor management

  • Experience in communicating with senior management

  • Must have experience in implementing IT Service Management related projects.

  • Experience in implementing ITSM tool highly desirable

  • Experience in Bid Management preferred
