Our client is a US manufacturing company for Metal Alloy Business. Their Singapore plant currently has a headcount of 40. This position seeks a operationally hands-on HR manager. He or she will report to Singapore Plant Manager and functionally dotted line to US Corporate HR (70%) and Regional HR director based in China (30%)  (Covering Building Material Business)

• Operationally manage and run Singapore HR operations with support from 1 HR administrator
• Provide full spectrum of HR support in areas of manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll (easypay)
• Manage and enhance employee relations
• Responsible for defining, measuring and improving HR policies
• Work closely with Global HR initiatives and responsible for execution of these initiatives at Singapore Country level direct
• Provide country data analysis support to Corporate HQ and APAC HR specialists (such as com and ben) - (Knowledge of Regional HR operations is useful here)
• Plant Office General Administration and Management
• Will be assisted by a HR administrator

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of overall working exp
• Ideally 1-3 years management experience
• Manufacturing exp
• Easypay (Payroll)
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only
