Senior Executive, HRD (Training & Development)

This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Human Resource. The incumbent will manage the talent and development needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing the training and competency framework for the organization
  • Designing the succession plan to support the organisation’s needs
  • Conducting training needs analysis
  • Designing and managing the Total Learning Plan
  • Designing, developing and reviewing in-house and ad-hoc training programmes to support operational needs
  • Partnering with consultants and external service providers in developing the competencies of the workforce
  • Driving and building the service culture through coaching and staff engagement
  • Planning the annual Management Strategic Review

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent, with major in Human Resource   Candidates who possess WSQ - Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) will be an added advantage 2 - 3 years’ experience in strategic planning, training and development, preferably in a service industry
  • Good knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Customer service mind set with drive and passion for people development
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Mature, confident, results-oriented, highly motivated and independent

Salary up to S$4.8k
