HR Generalist (Payroll)
This position reports to the HR Operations Manager, APAC
As a functional specialist in Payroll, C&B and mobility programs
As a champion to drive improvement in HR reporting and processes
Main Responsibilities:

Administer and provide 2nd level support to outsouced payroll vendors

Collate and check accuracy of OT and allowance claims forms

Ensure full accuracy on payroll data/ reports

Develop payroll schedule and seek approval for final payroll

Submit and monitor IR21, yearly CPF and income tax reporting

Prepare ‘Cost Card’ report for Finance
-

Set up and maintain IA database
-
Prepare monthly and adhoc reports to Global
-
Liaise with tax service provider on tax filing and invoicing
-
Handle housing lease
-
Prepare IA package
-

Prepare spreadsheets for Salary Review and bonus calculation
-
Issue and follow-up on bonus plans; ensure 100% returns

Compute bonus for payout

Review Comp Matrix and provide analysis

Develop Comp Proposal

Update Communication Deck
-
Draft letter of offer and package
-
Follow through on C&B admin for transition employees

Ensure payroll data is maintained at 100% accuracy

Ensure comp data are properly updated in Nessie
-
Liaise with outsouced payroll vendor on improvement of data

Degree in Human Resouces with 3 to 4 years relevant working experienceor diploma holder with 5 to 6 years relevant working experienceGood computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPointOrganized and detail-oriented with good analytical skillsAble to keep confidentialityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Work independently and yet a good team player.Can start work immediately or at short notice will be an added advantage
