Senior/HR Specialist, Learning & Development

Key Role & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for administering the training and development programs
- Drive the corporate social responsibilities initiatives
- Support the performance/talent management and organization development
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/ Human Resource
- Min 3 - 5 years solid experience in learning and development
- Familiar with SAP HR, strong MS applications especially Excel
- Good understanding of industry training institutions/schemes/initiatives
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and passion to excel
- Resourceful, good team player and yet able to work independently
Salary up to S$5k
Transport provided to & fro at Jurong East MRT.
