Senior/HR Specialist, Learning & Development

Key Role & Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for administering the training and development programs
  • Drive the corporate social responsibilities initiatives
  • Support the performance/talent management and organization development
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business/ Human Resource
  • Min 3 - 5 years solid experience in learning and development
  • Familiar with SAP HR, strong MS applications especially Excel
  • Good understanding of industry training institutions/schemes/initiatives
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and passion to excel
  • Resourceful, good team player and yet able to work independently

Salary up to S$5k 

Transport provided to & fro at Jurong East MRT.
