HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operational requirements in the area of talent acquisition & retention.
- Formulate strategies with hiring managers to attract, retain and motivate right talents in the most effective manner.
- Lead and partner with hiring managers to understand their talent acquistion needs and requirements.
- Work with the Regional HR manager to roll out regional talent acquisition initiatives.
- Provide operational support to track and monitor the hiring progress
- Ensure rewards to talent management and development initiatives guidelines are in line.
- Advise hiring managers on compensation profile and package to offer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resouces Management or Business Administration (specializing in Human Resouces) or equivalent
- At least 5 to 6 years specialising in HR recruitment in a MNC environment
- Preferable has talent acquisition experience in an IT industry
- Excellent interponsal, communication and influential skills
- Self-motivated, resouceful and possess positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary up to $5k
