HR Specialist (compensation and benefits)

This position reports to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, Asia Pacific.
 Job Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for the administration of a variety of benefits programs involving all levels of staff  
  • Re-engineer the total C&B Structure in the Asia Pacific Region  
  • Implement and administer C&B programs & initiatives in the Asia Pacific region, i.e. annual salary review and performance bonus plans. 
  • Manage the mobility policy for expatriates such as relocation, immigration and legal issues 
  • Liase with tax agents on tax issues and corporate office to file expatriate returns 
  • Analyze market data and advise line managers & HR manager on compensation decisions  
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis across the region. Resarch and compile information for the surveys including making proper job matches and providing benefit and compensation information as required
  •  Collate information such as new guidelines, market trends, collective agreement, negotiations on compensation and benefits
  • Review, propose and implement new guidelines on how to reward, attact and retain employees

Job Requirements: 

  • A recognised university degree in Human Resources 
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Compensation & Benefits practices, preferably in a MNC environment   
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze C&B market data  
  • Highly adaptable to work people from diverse cultures 
  • Possess strong influential and communication skills 
Salary up to S$6k
