HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the Human Resources VP, HR Manager and Training Development Manager
all aspects of HR administration including recruitment, benefits for staff welfare, insurance matterspayroll administration
coordinate the performance review exercise
maintaining of personnel files and employee database
update and maintain staff leave applicationtraining administration and logistics for all training relation matters
register employees with training and coordinate in-house staff training schedules
assist in preparing monthly training reports
Requirements
Degree in Human Resouces with 3 to 4 years relevant working experience
OR diploma holder with 5 to 6 years relevant working experience
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through skills
Able to keep confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work independently and yet a good team player.
Can start work immediately or at short notice will be an added advantage
Salary up to S$4.2k
