Snr HR Generalist (APAC)

Our client is an global leading provider of operational, maintenance, and staffing services for the transportation industry. With over 25 locations worldwide, we are seeking an enthusiastic Senior HR Generalist for our office in Singapore.
As a Senior HR Generalist, candidate will be integral member of the team, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for our operations in Asia Pacific region.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Supporting management team in ensuring compliance of policies and procedures.
- Handling all aspects of human resources such recruitment, employee relations, performance management, salary administration and reward and recognition programs.
-Serve as a key member of the bid and proposal team by conducting market research on salaries; and obtain statutory and customary data on employment laws and benefits.
Successful candidate must have five years related experience.
Must be knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures, recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, and benefits.
Previous experience in budgeting and benefit analysis is a plus.
Previous experience with Excel and MicroSoft Office.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), outstanding interpersonal skills, and high level of professionalism.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of staff.

Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent.
